Paid Holidays
Lineage supports your wellbeing by ensuring you can take time away from work when you need it. The Company recognizes seven (7) paid holidays including:

Vacation
Work-life balance is an important part of leading a healthy, happy life. To make sure you have time for yourself, all full-time team members can earn vacation time starting on their first day of work, after a 30-day introductory period.
Sick Days
Team members earn sick days each year throughout the calendar year. Sick Leave may be used for your own health issues, treatment or preventive care of the team member or the team member’s family member. Please check your location-specific site addendum outlining approved Sick Leave for more details.
Paid Volunteer Time
Time for Good
Lineage supports involvement in community causes that matter to you by offering eight hours, per calendar year, to participate in community service activities. All you have to do is request volunteer time in Workday and approved time will be paid out to you at your regular rate of pay.
Leaves of Absence
At Lineage, we understand that due to life circumstances, team members may need to take leave. We offer a variety of Leave types for qualifying team members, such as active military service, disability, bereavement, the qualifying leaves under FMLA (such as birth of a child) and more.
Active military service
To support your service to your country, you may be eligible for an approved leave of absence consistent with the requirements of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA).

Disability
You may be able to use disability benefits if you will be unable to work for more than 7 consecutive days.
- Short-term disability – If you are unable to work due to a non-work-related short-term illness or injury, you can elect company-paid short-term disability (STD) coverage at a cost of $2.87 per month ($0.66/week).
- Long-term disability – For serious illnesses or injuries that prevent you from working for an extended time (more than 180 days), company-paid long-term disability (LTD) coverage provides financial protection.

Bereavement
In the unfortunate event of the death of a family member, you may take up paid time off for bereavement, depending on how you are related.

Family & Medical Leave (FMLA)
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) provides eligible Lineage team members the opportunity to take up to 12 or 26 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year for certain reasons, such as having a baby or caring for a sick family member. You may be able to use your paid time off, disability benefits, pregnancy disability and/or baby bonding leave to receive income during your FMLA leave.

Personal Leave
If you have used all your vacation time, you might be able to take an unpaid leave of absence for personal reasons that are nonmedical, including family matters that aren't covered by Family and Medical Leave. See the Team Member Handbook for more details.
Jury Duty/Witness
If you are called for jury duty or asked to be a witness, you can take paid time off to fulfill your civic duties. See the Team Member Handbook for more details.
Wage Replacement Programs
Paid Parental Leave
We’re pleased to support new parents with our paid parental leave benefit. Lineage provides 100% of your pay for two weeks for hourly team members or four weeks for salaried team members. Lineage will pay the difference up to 100% of your base pay if you are eligible for any state-paid maternity or paternity leave. Embrace parenthood with confidence and support from Lineage.
Military Leave Subsidy
If you serve in the Military Reserve or the National Guard, we recognize your commitment and are here to support you. Lineage will provide supplemental pay for up to 30 days each calendar year for mandatory reservist training or active duty leave. This benefit ensures you receive the difference between your military pay and your base rate of pay (excluding commissions or wage differentials) based on your regular schedule.
Please note that the combined total of Lineage’s Military Leave Subsidy and any government-provided pay cannot be greater than 100% of your regular weekly wages or salary.
