If you are ready to stop smoking, vaping or using nicotine, the Tobacco Cessation Coaching program through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan pairs you with an experienced coach who offers support personalized to your specific interests and needs. The same coach stays with you throughout your journey to quit. You can connect with your coach by phone or through in-app messaging. Please note: this program is available only to employees enrolled in a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan medical plan.

How to enroll through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan:

1. Log in to your member account at https://www.bcbsm.com/login/ or the mobile app. From the website, click the Programs & Services tab. Then select Blue Cross Well-Being under Quick Links. From the app, select Programs & Services. Then select Health Care & Well-Being. Scroll down to Blue Cross Well-Being. First-time visitors will need to enroll.
2. From the Blue Cross Well-Being homepage, select the Programs tab.
3. Select the Tobacco Cessation Coaching – break a nicotine habit.
4. Select Start Now to set up your first coaching appointment.

Both the Quitline Workplace Program and the Freedom From Smoking Plus Program are available to all Lineage team members at no cost, regardless of whether you participate in a Lineage medical plan.

• Enjoy 12 months of access and the option for Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) services to help you succeed

If you are enrolled in a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan medical plan, you can sync data from your fitness app or tracker to Blue Cross Well-Being. Seamlessly connect with more than 100 devices and apps, including Apple Health, Fitbit, and MyFitnessPal.
